Transform Borders is looking for an Immigration Specialist who is responsible for managing end-to-end immigration services, and ensuring compliance of immigration services within the Singapore legislation for our company clients. You will also have the opportunity to grow with a boutique business, as you work from home with the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

You will:

  • Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining to employment, dependent passes, Singapore residency and immigration-related compliance affairs etc.
  • Provide immigration advice and supporting services to clients facing different immigration inquiries
  • Ensure due diligence for each application processes
  • Prepare supporting written documents to substantiate each application where applicable
  • Check accuracy of documents and information for submission

Preferred Qualification

  • Has Diploma, Degree or further qualifications in Legal, Business and/or related fields
  • Knowledge of immigration regulations of Singapore
  • Experience resolving complex immigration issues independently
  • Highly resourceful and autonomous to manage multiple tasks, and has sound personal judgement and ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and government agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic Computer Skills to manage all types of documentations: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) etc.
  • Genuine desire to help clients to solves their issues with a can-do attitude
