Due to our current expansion, we are looking for suitable personnel to fill the following position.
Job Description
- Conduct research, observation and consultation on curriculum subject matter
- Propose, present and implement recommendations to curriculum (within regulatory constraints) to improve the instructional materials, delivery, etc.
- Design and develop instructional materials to meet regulatory (SSG and CPE), partner university (if relevant) and Training Vision Institute's curriculum requirements and within hard time targets
- Participate in department lunches to understand the typical working day of the Central Academic Department (CAD) members
- Conduct class observations and hold discussions with trainers and other activities with stakeholders to build empathy and enlarge their own networks within the Learning and Development space
Job Requirements
- Motivated to enter relevant fields such as Human Capital, Learning & Development, Teaching, etc.
- Have a minimum pass in GCE “O” levels
- Candidates with office working experience are preferred
