TradeData.Pro is a global trade database platform, created to enable easy trade data access for global users. We collect customs data from worldwide customs government agencies, conduct data cleansing and upload them into our platform. Developed in Singapore, TradeData.Pro is a leading provider due to its vibrant trading ecosystem and stable political environment.

Must fulfil a minimum duration 6months.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9-6pm
Location: Wheelock Place, Singapore.
Must be able to speak and read Chinese, documentations and communications are in Chinese.
You will be responsible for working closely with customers and clients to identify their needs and requirements, and to offer solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for supporting the sales & marketing team.
Responsibilities:
1 Conducting customer research and analysis to identify customer needs and requirements.
2 Preparing presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits to clients.
3 Providing support to clients during the sales process.
4 Assisting marketing team to develop strategies and plans that align with customer needs.
5 Supporting sales teams by providing pre-sales support and technical expertise.
6 Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
7 Providing timely support to customers and assigning leads to sales team
8 Providing feedback to product development teams to help improve product features and functionality.
