Senior/Investment Analyst: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and liaising with professional investment advisers on our in-house liquid investment portfolios of equities, fixed income securities etc.
  2. Providing updates and reports on portfolio and other investments’ performance, economic and financial markets trends.
  3. Overseeing accounting and administrative matters including compliance and tax reporting requirements for the investment portfolio.
  4. Identifying and evaluating new private equity and business investments opportunities.
  5. Managing and enhancing the relationships with private bankers, tax advisors, lawyers and other service providers.
  6. Participating in high level meetings together with directors and senior management.

Key requirements:

  1. Good academic qualification from a reputable tertiary institution. CFA or similar investment management qualifications is a plus.
  2. Relevant experience in finance, investment, business management and operations.
  3. Strong analytical, financial reporting and IT skills, an aptitude for investment analysis with a focus on capital markets, global macroeconomics and efficient portfolio management.
  4. Trustworthy and discreet, highly organized, self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a small-team, entrepreneurial environment.
  5. Excellent writing and verbal skills and fluent in English and (preferably) Mandarin.
