Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customer.
- Mix and match ingredients to create drinks in accordance with customers’ expectations.
- Prepare for beverage service (mise en place).
- Set up bar area at the start of a shift and clean up/close with proper procedures.
- Fill glassware cabinets, load ice machines and remove any clutter left by the previous shift.
- Understand and master cocktail components.
- Maintain the established par levels for supplies and make requisitions to replenish shortages.
- Check beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
- Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
- Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
- Greet each guest promptly and courteously with good smile and body language.
