Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a human support experience to our partners, through excellent communication, creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of our technology. In doing so, you will also identify workflow and functioanlity gaps that should be improved or resolved as we blitzscale our operations across the region. Your end goal is to increase productivity and impact - internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the ins-and-outs of Tinvio: Be the smartest person in the room about out technology, product, and processes when interacting with our partners
  • Support existing relationships: Provide efficient, effective, and real-time assistance to our partners via phone, email, or chat
  • Achieve SLA targets: Make sure our partners recognize that we are laser-focused on their satisfaction by closing any open loops and keeping them updated in a timely fashion
  • Meet our partners: Visit them at their outlets/offices to train them, observe how they use our product, engage with them on new feature requests and releases
  • Consolidate feedback: Share insights in a structured manner that will help improve product and processes – you're the eyes and ears of what's happening on the ground

Qualifications

  • Ready and excited to take on a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Great communication skills - you are able to listen to and talk to anyone and everyone in all kinds of situations
  • Quick thinker, resilient and eager to tackle new, complex, and/or unstructured problems
  • Self-motivation and an enjoyment for a startup environment, including a thick skin and the ability to deal just as well with the hard days as the good days
  • Native fluency in English and right to work in Singapore
  • Bonus: Multiple languages, customer service experience in the hospitality industry, and/or operations experience in startups
