Corp Dev Intern (CEO’s Team) – MBA Students Preferred

The Corporate Development Analyst position is based in our Singapore HQ and will report directly to the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy. As part of the Corp Dev team, the role gives unparalleled exposure to a heavy weight C-Suite and high level business management. The role will primarily focus on:

• Special Projects - Work with internal and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives, conduct market evaluation and deliver actionable insights to the business

• Fundraising - Build pitch decks, models, investment thesis and comprehensive due diligence packages for prospective investors. Provide support in the end-to-end process and execute on the nuances of venture deal making

• M&A - Support tactical initiatives across Strategic & Financial Investments, Mergers, Acquisitions, Partnerships & Joint Ventures through data driven sector research, deal sourcing & analysis, comparables mapping and moat building potential

• Due Diligence - Work independently and with third parties to support Legal, Commercial & Financial DD

• Investor Relations - Work with the existing investors to provide updates, analysis and presentations about the business performance and strategy

• Duration - 3-6 Months 

• Hybrid Work Model - 2 days WFH, 3 days Office 

• Commencement - Preference for candidates who can begin immediately

What We Would Like to See 

• Bachelors/Masters students from top universities with strong academics across years

• Preference for Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Maths, Physics & Law Majors 

• Familiarity with Investment Fundamentals, Startup Business Models, Project Management, Research Skills, Deal Making Dynamics 

• Involvement in Finance, Consulting, Investment and Entrepreneurship clubs and societies in university is desirable 

• Prior internship experience in IR, Fundraising, M&A, DD, Research, Finance, Consulting is a strong plus 

• Candidates looking to break into Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital & Entrepreneurship in the near future are encouraged to apply 

• Attention to detail, extreme ownership, adaptability, resourcefulness, candidness

• Ability to learn quickly, network within the company and get things done
