Job Description

Marketing and Communications

  • Coordinate the creative direction and development of print marketing collateral (brochures, direct mail, posters, flyers etc) and advertising creative (press, display, outdoor)
  • Support the development of digital marketing campaigns (web, email, social) in collaboration with the digital marketing team
  • Ensure all promotions and travel agent/distributor projects are printed an achieved in a periodic and orderly fashion.
  • Coordinate with the local Travel Corporation team in all joint consumer or trade marketing initiatives, fairs, events.
  • Support the development of global marketing messaging
  • Manage internal communications to regional sales and reservation teams to support the launch of new marketing collateral and campaigns
  • Act as brand guardian and review regional and trade marketing materials to ensure brand compliance and global consistency
  • Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts
  • Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits
  • Organize training seminars to Singapore’s distribution network of travel agents and at times to the regional travel agents
  • Maintain cordial and proactive trade and consumer distribution relationships in your daily dealing with both internal and external customers
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time
