Job Description

Our ideal summer crew is one that is eager to learn, interested in various Acai sampling and and to do what it takes to produce positive experiences for all our customers in our Summer Acai stores. We are seeking the special one who is devoted to their personal development, and are able to see the value creation during the opportunity that is given to them, regardless big or trivial matters.

What we are ready to nurture and provide for our potentials - 

Experience. Build your resume and experience with a up and coming start-up to find out what it takes create structures in the F&B industry.

You will work directly with Operations & Marketing managers and to collaborate and brainstorm on ideation of marketing plans & campaigns and be prepared to roll up your sleeves to assist in the many different operations of a fast growing company. 

You will typically work 3 full day crew shifts during a week in any of our outlets to be understanding the ground situation and to improve experiences of existing and future crew hires.

Your remaining work week will be reporting back to office for situational analysis based on the shifts you are working on ground and to work hand in hand with the operations manager to recommend and improve current procedures and to even brainstorm new marketing ideas for the marketing communications manager. 

Requirements -

You must be energetic, affable, willing to learn and being able to be self directed as the autonomy given in this position to improve the existing work practices. 

You must be able to commit throughout the internship as will be minimum commitment period for this position.
