The School of Positive Psychology is the first education and training facility in Singapore and Asia established to promote the science of positive psychology, positive organisational psychology and psychotherapy. Positive Psychology heightens individual awareness and wellbeing, drives workplace performance, and also expands one's capacity for meaning and fulfilment. Positive psychology is currently being used widely for wellbeing policies, educational frameworks, human capital, organisational development and leadership, and for community development.
Since 2007, we have trained more than 20, 000 learners, students and graduates; 800 organisations public, private and international organisations.

Job Responsibilities
- Visitors Management
- Maintain good customer service at all times
- Ensure visitors are given a warm welcome upon arrival at TSPP
- Ensure relevant employee is notified of visitor arrival
- Calls Management
- Ensure telephone is answered promptly and in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
- Be helpful to ensure the caller receives the required support
- Transfer to appropriate point of contact on site in a timely fashion
- Couriers Management
- Assist in delivery and collection documents
- Distributing of incoming mails
- Check and circulate mail/post.
- Administration
- Inspect cleaning has been delivered, furniture kept tidy at TSPP
- Review classrooms calendar and ensure rooms are ready for use.
- Maintain a clean desk policy and securely store files and documentation at the close of business
- Any other ad hoc task as advised
The candidate:
- Is to have a minimum Secondary School/ "O" / "A" Level / Nitec / or equivalent
- Required skill(s): strong communication skills, a good team player, proactive and independent, service oriented, time management skills, organised and responsible, possess positive energy and right attitude
