Job Description

What you will do:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Provide support regionally in full recruitment cycle from sourcing, qualifying and assessing various roles throughout in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and HongKong
  • Assist in creating sourcing and job posting in various recruitment portals and platforms
  • Coordinating with various Business Leaders and internal stakeholders to arrange interview and facilitate the hiring process
  • Manage relationship with recruitment partners
  • Participating in careers fairs and talent market events to find top talents

General Administration:

  • Assist in general office management duties and administrative support to all departments
  • Assist the HR manager in implementing key HR practices such as performance management, salary benchmarking, learning and development, etc.

What you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners and candidates
  • Good organizing skills and attention to details
  • Passionate about supporting and boosting business growth by attracting and retaining the right talents
  • Customer-oriented mindset and obsessed about people experience
  • Hungry to learn, intellectually curious and results-driven in a growth-focused startup
  • Start Date: Aug/Sep 2017 (3-6 months)
