Job Description

Your key responsibilities as a Strategy Associate (Intern) as part of the strategy team include but are not limited to:

Business transformation:

  • The Lo and Behold Group (TLBG) is in the midst of implementing multiple business transformation projects, thus as part of the Strategy team, you will be working directly on some of these projects
  • This will involve (but not limited to) live data dashboard rollouts, HR-Finance systems integration and operation systems implementation
  • You will also be involved in the design and problem solving process of these business transformation projects (structured thinking and problem solving skillsets will be a strong value-add)
  • As part of the role, there will be significant manual data entry work (thus being patient and meticulous are also key requirements)
  • You will also be involved in other ad-hoc tasks that is required of the Strategy team

The successful candidate should have/be:

  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ownership of outcomes and takes pride in his/her work
  • Meticulous with a high degree of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated team player and always willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Articulate and communicates well in both verbal and written form
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office / GSuite applications with advanced knowledge in MS Excel / Google Spreadsheet

Other Information

Applicant should currently be taking a business degree in a recognised university, with internship (min. 3 months) as part of the school's curriculum.
