The Hidden Good – Events Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events (virtual and physical)
• Work closely with the team to conceptualize, develop storyboard, design for events
• Logistics management and event budgeting
• Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event flow
• Conduct research work to assist in projects or ideations of creative proposals
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks

Skills & Requirements

• Degree or diploma in business management, events management, or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Deep interest in the social impact and/or community building sector
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Good team player with strong inter-personal skills
• Meticulous and ability to multitask
