Our Management Trainee will undergo customize training program to acquire the necessary skills to perform the assigned tasks (by stages).
Selected candidates will be attached to a senior mentor, who will be responsible for the development of the candidate during the course of internship.
You will play a critical role in:
- Assisting the needs of our customers and to create a memorable retail experience for our customers;
- Ensuring that our merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
- Training of new manpower & assisting in basic HR matters;
- Assisting outlet manager in daily operations;
- Involvement in basic marketing
REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate in delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong passion for food
- Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
