About the role
- Process small claims court complaints
- Maintain accurate records about the small claims status
- Review contracts and give advice to the team when having dispute from customers
- May attend court if any
- May have contact with customers by phone and/or email
- Any other duties and assignments as assigned
Skills & experiences required
- Diploma/Degree in law or relevant studies
- Understanding of legal compliance with regards to finance industry
- Preferably with legal background/studies
