Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships pre-events, during and post-events
- Key liaison with event managers, in-house designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event.
- Assist in planning, managing and implementing all operation aspects of the event
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the successful execution of the event programs
Pre-Requisites
- Diploma Holder
- Relevant experience / course of study in events operation will be an advantage
- Team player
- Perform well under stress
- Good communicator and problem solver, creative and able to think out of the box
- Must be willing to work over-time or odd hours during the run-up to events
- Singaporean / PR are welcomed
