The Business Development Associate / Business Development Intern will form part of a team supporting the CEO in development of business strategies, special projects management, marketing and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of a new team in driving our business development efforts in a strategic project
- Speak with clients to see how we can help their business and guiding them through workflows
- Procure new clients through various business strategies (We offer generous compensation for performance)
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Review clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Develop marketing materials and collaterals to educate clients
Skills & Other Requirements:
- Open to undergraduate degree and diploma students
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months full-time (ideally 5 to 6 months)
- Able to start immediately (preferably)
- Relevant working experience (preferably)
- Possess a good learning attitude and strong team player
- Independent and proactive -- able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good level of adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
- Most importantly, be keen to be part of a new, exciting team to drive change!
