As a Business Optimisation Intern, you will be a core part of the team as we identify opportunities to optimise and scale the company. Responsibilities you can expect to take up

• Develop deep knowledge of the software and the company

• Identify opportunities and participate in improving operational and sales processes.

• Build up SOPs, playbooks, facilitate improvements and streamline processes.

• Work closely with the team to conduct performance monitoring and develop insights, including the ability to use python frameworks like Selenium.

• Conduct market research on potential initiatives including new markets and products, communicating them to senior management in concise, insightful ways.

• Be part of the testing and review of unreleased features

• A can-do attitude and good ethics, including respecting client confidentiality at all times

• Other responsibilities that may be required
