Job Description

We are looking for great individuals who want to be part of a fast growing technology company. As a Client Success Intern, you will provide a helping hand to our Customers to encourage them on the usage of our software, tessaract.io. A good attitude and good ethics are a must, ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a desire to do great things as a team!

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of tessaract.io
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email and virtual chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Liaise with team members to find the best solutions to answer customers’ questions
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions
  • Track proposed customer solutions and follow up with customers in a timely fashion
  • Draft and publish proposed solutions into helpdesk articles which can be shared with other customers
  • Obtain and share customer feedback with the team so that products and services can be improved
  • Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volume changes
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
  • Familiarize with new products and services as they are introduced
  • Respect client confidentiality at all times

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Diploma / Degree in any field with the relevant customer service experience
