Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive business support / communications intern to join our organization. You will work directly with our Chief Operating Officer, APAC but also have the opportunity to interact with other key stakeholders of the company (not just limiting to those based in APAC and but also in our offices worldwide).  

Successful candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
A key focus of this role will be to assist the COO with internal communication for the APAC region and this includes the preparation of visuals and PowerPoint decks to support this. 

You may also be asked to sit in on monthly management meetings and provide your inputs/suggestions 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of business presentations and reports
  • Create presentations that are able to capture the message and make it concise
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality of client and personal information
  • Assist with preparation of appointments and reviews
  • Other projects as assigned by management

 Requirements to apply:

  • Undergraduates (Polytechnic / University) or Students looking for a part time job
  • Willing to learn
  • Pro-active
  • Willing to commit for at least 2 months
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills
  • Outgoing, spontaneous and good personality
  • Good with Microsoft office application (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Able to multi task and organize
