Job Description

a) Performance Marketing Activities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimise email-marketing campaigns (EDM, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Google and Social Media Ad campaigns and Social media
  • Regularly review and optimise all campaigns for positive ROAS
  • Work with internal teams to develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategies
  • Able to use different Analytic tools to track and measure campaigns.
  • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports and recommend optimisation action plans to for sales conversions.
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the different digital channels and assets
  • Plan and hands-on execution of day-to-day CRM-related marketing activities in support of client and internal unit objectives.
  • Be responsible for CRM marketing campaigns and auto-triggered recurring campaigns, including strategy & data planning, customer segmentation implementation, creation of target groups, creative assets set-up, campaign creation and execution, analytics and reporting.
  • Setup and run end to end campaigns on owned channel (i.e. Email, Push)

 

b) Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analytical mindset and be able to easily recognise gaps and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Work together with external and internal stakeholders on reporting of .com and etsore campaigns and discover new audiences.
  • Familiar with Adobe Audience, GA, AEM, AA,
