Job Description

The associate executive will assist with the day-to-day engineering operations and support in business licensing and compliance administration. He/She is required to respond to vehicle and equipment breakdowns, monitor company assets, ensure that vehicles and equipment in good condition functionally and look presentable to maintain the good corporate branding of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administrative operations to ensure smooth recovery in the event of breakdown the company’s vehicles and equipment
  • Monitor and arrange for maintenance of all vehicles and equipment
  • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of season parking and VPC for all the company’s vehicles
  • Raise Purchase Requisition for equipment/spare parts/consumables needed for operation
  • Receive incoming delivery of equipment/spare parts/consumables purchased and check on their quality before storage to ensure it tallies with Purchase Orders
  • Perform stock take at the end of every month
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, writing reports, filing, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Compliance Support:

  • Provide administration support in business licenses and other compliance administration.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as various government authorities or consultants for business licensing and compliance administration matters.
  • Be the kick-starter for renewal process and liaising with internal stakeholders for all the necessary documentations as per required standards to ensure timely renewal.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Preferably minimum Nitec in any field.
  • Candidate with 1-2 years relevant experiences preferred. Entry level candidate is welcome to apply. Remuneration package shall be commensurate in accordance to candidate background and experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
