Responsibilities/Duties:
- Route planning and scheduling. Accountability and tracking for company assets. Scheduling and keeping maintenance records.
- To liaise with different departments of the company in order to achieve an efficient process flow. To communicate effectively with customers in a timely and polite manner to ensure high customer satisfaction. To keep and tabulate records and data with relation to compactor and OTC operations.
- Planning & deployment of resources for new and existing projects.
- Monitoring of collection schedules.
- Generating of reports.
