After being an entrepreneur for a decade, making all the mistakes and making millions of dollars in revenue, I discover there is a systematic approach to start a business.
Tech2reach is one of my latest business which I am running. It provides resource management to local companies who want to engage talents from overseas.
Brief background of myself. I own three businesses.
- First business
- Started in 2010, selling software, is now valued at S$0.8 million (US$0.5 million). (latest update: I sold off my shares this year and exited this business. Hooray! :))
- Second business
- Started in 2014, providing doorstep iphone repairs, is valued at S$5.4 million (US$3.8 million).
- Third business
- Provide human resource management for overseas talents, I’ve just started recently and valuation is still early.
In 2010, when I desired to be an entrepreneur, I was clueless. I did not know how to do it. So I partnered with a friend to do IT business, selling software. I was not even a tech person nor from this industry. I was not a sales person. I was not a marketer. I was from audit industry. I had no mentor and no guidance on how to run a business. Learning curve was very deep…
Fast forward today, after ten years in the business, I understand how difficult it is to start a business without any guidance.
Hence I am very passionate about showing you the ropes how you can start your business, so that you do not have to make the mistakes that I did on my journey to build a million dollar business. 🙂
No fixed job description because as an aspiring entrepreneur, you will need to learn to do everything at a start.
- Not for the faint-hearted.

- Not targeting the miserable intern’s pay out.
