teapasar is a newly formed startup in the Retail-Tech space, on the lookout for an enthusiastic, creative and driven individual to join our family. Commitment period spans 3 to 6 months (the longer the better!). This is a great opportunity to work at a fast-moving start-up, where there is loads to learn (and where you’d only need to make coffee for yourself!), amongst fun and collaborative teammates.
We’ve designed our programs to cultivate the best in a Retail-Tech start-up. During the Contractual Period, you will report to the various Heads of Departments, and work closely with the team to grow the business and improve business functions. In conjunction with this work, you will:
- Receive training and perform duties in several departments, particularly Marketing; Retail management; and Business Development,
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to maximise engagement across all online channels. Weekly reporting on social media engagements within the community (or whenever necessary),
- Spearhead in-store campaigns and promotions to drive conversion,
- Assist to coordinate and execute in-store visual merchandising and promotional events etc.,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and assist with their requirements, feedback or complaints,
- Be familiar with products and marketing activities at the store, and drive sales conversion,
- Set performance goals and objectives with the team.
Apart from your normal duties above, you may be required to undertake additional or such other duties as may be necessary from time to time to meet the needs of the business.
Working hours: 4 day work week, 11am to 10pm.
