Job Description
Duties:
- Management of e-Commerce store on various platforms and websites
- Inventory Management
- Enhance and rectify non-performing existing product content.
- Content writing and copying.
- Manage and simple editing of product images using software.
- Managing of customer online enquiries
- Packing of parcels, arranging of inventory.
- Product selection for featuring.
- Customer reviews management.
- Competitor analysis.
Requirement:
- IT Savvy and fast & keen learner
- Resourceful and personable character who appreciates and works well in a culture of trust and candour
- Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, appreciate mentoring/knowledge sharing among team members and building a positive team culture
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to multi task and take up multiple responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Prior experience in e-commerce is an added bonus
