Bank Call Center Executive (4 to 6 Month Contractual Role)
Our client, a award-winning call center of a bank, is looking for new blood to join them!
No experience needed as training will be provided.
Immediate starter preferred; but those who can start later is welcomed to deposit their resume
- Salary: Basic $1800 + $150 completion bonus monthly
- Location: Central-west
Job Responsibility
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts, and services inquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
Job requirement
- min A-level/Diploma in business administration/hospitality/equivalent
- Good communication skills
- With working experience in customer service is a plus!
