Job Description

The Cocoon Space Customer Service Executive / Senior Executive


In this role, your primary focus will be on three key areas: Customer Service Operations & Hospitality and Events Support

Operations 

  • Ensure cleanliness of common spaces, pantry and work spaces
  • Address day to day issues, including coordinating and managing members’ needs
  • Managing and purchasing pantry and stationery needs
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in conducting periodic review and revision of TCS documents

 

Hospitality

  • Develop relationships with members and proactively gather information on their needs
  • Support members’ needs and requests
  • Ensure a gracious arrival experience for all members and prospective members
  • Recommend best practices to the Customer Service Manager in terms of member experience, sales, hospitality, events and training

 

Events Support 

Support the Customer Service Manager in managing all service requests for site repairs, maintenance, Events Set up and projects including:

  • Troubleshooting simple IT solution such as projectors and sound systems
  • Managing expectations and ensuring timely completion of Events

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in operations, ideally in a co work, hospitality or retail setting
  • 5 Day Work Week, but you may be scheduled for a Weekend duty when there is an event
  • Financial literacy and business operations experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask projects through from start to finish
  • Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial fashion businesses
  • Flexibility to think outside the box
  • You love working with people
