Responsibilities:
- Work in a collaborative environment with the Design, Sales and Marketing teams to create and customise sales and sponsorship proposal templates
- Assist with conceptualization and layout design of promotional materials
- Design social media and digital e-blast/newsletters/banners
- Oversee the printing of marketing collateral
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions
Preferred Candidate requirements:
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, and Exel) – preferably on Mac
- Excellent eye for illustration, typography, layout design, with strong attention to detail
- A pro-active individual who is able to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Photography and video editing skills is a plus
- Knowledge of basic HTML and web design is also a plus
- Positive attitude with an open mind to take on challenges and new learning opportunities
- Portfolio required, online portfolio preferred.
