Job Description for this position:
• Content creation, creative & copywriting - EDMs, assisting to create marketing campaigns with major outreach partners (Grab, Shopee , Lazada, Fave). You will also be required to manage Shopee/Lazada pages on our affiliated brands for true value creation & for synergy processes.
• Market penetration - Research on areas where we can extend our market share and on different channels, coordinate outreach programs and develop relationships with key account managers.
• Webpage Design - Assist with Mass comms exec with design front/backend website enhancements for enhanced customer experience in our pages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, vendors and team members.
• Crisis management - Handling and mitigating buyer default risks, disputes, complaints and suggesting the best resolution. Mediate between internal and external stakeholders like Shopee, Fave, Grab, etc. Handle and manage customer relations in order to create value for customers and the business.
• Take charge of operational execution & updating of logistics in database. Assist in subsidiaries and retail operations as well as manage external platforms such as Shopee, Fave, Grab, and other platforms.
• Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience with Adobe Photoshop and video editing skills will be a plus!
