Job Description The focus of this position will be on operations and business development, including the following tasks
• Take charge of operational execution & updating of logistics in database
• Crisis management – Working with Sales Manager to control and mitigate payment default risks, and formulate strategies with best resolution to reduce loss of revenue.
• Collaboration/Partner and Grant Outreach duties. • Assisting operations manager with liaising with partner outreaches, and following up on current/existing measures to reduce business costs and improve efficiency.
Working with IPOS for trademarking of brand name.
• Brainstorming and creating better SOPs for business operations and processes within Sysmoon’s managed brand (Diamond_Shark – Shopee) (Diamond Wolf – Lazada) .
• Assisting in business operations by supporting front & back operations with accurate product management, marketing and sales, chat & product support, logistics and inventory.
Requirements
• Motivated to acquire business knowledge and operations skills
• One that enjoys working in a startup environment with no top down hierarchy • Energetic, enterprising and motivated team player that is willing to provide relevant insights • Willingness to learn more about e-commerce and improve in their communication and presentation skills
• Studying/Graduated in Business management or related courses will be a plus • Experience in using simple coding or shopify system is a plus • 3-6+ months commitment preferred
