Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern.
You have the chance to be one of our team members in our marketing team and will work together directly with our Operations Manager. You will be able to get the first-hand experience on the processes behind a startup company.
The focus of this position will be on sales and marketing, including the following tasks:
Online Planning and execution of engaging and effective e-marketing campaigns for our online store (Sysmoon.com)
Execution of Marketing campaigns on our social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Carousell/Shopee)
Ensure that marketing assets used online are in sync when conversions are done offline (ensuring standardization)
Participate in marketing team brainstorming sessions and take initiatives to propose new procedures and standards to increase productivity in current business and marketing processes.
Daily engagement on social media marketing for platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Planning of content calendar and campaigns with Marketing Manager for targeted audiences
Video and photoshoot of product inventory and posting them on e-commerce websites
Designing monthly artworks to promote our products for a physical store
Attending to visitors’ queries on sites like Facebook, Instagram, Carousell and Shopee
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Motivated to acquire business knowledge
One that enjoys working in a startup environment with no top-down hierarchy
Energetic, enterprising, and motivated team player that is willing to provide relevant insights
Students that are willing to learn more about e-commerce and running a business startup, and want to improve in their communication and presentation skills and widen their network.
Prefer students that are studying in Business Management or related courses
Proficient in simple Microsoft Word and Excel AND/OR Google Docs and Google Sheets
Experience in using simple coding or Shopify system is a plus
Experience with creative design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator is preferred
Knowledge in HTML, Photo editing, and video editing skills is preferred
Being able to speak Burmese/Tagalog is a plus!
3-6+ months commitment preferred
