Synerge Connexion Pte. Ltd. – Business Development Executive

The successful individual will be involved in:

• Execute market expansion and new market plans in implementing business development strategy.
• Engage key internal/external stakeholders to support cross-functional collaboration for business development activities
• Be aware of market trends, industry events, competitor actions and client needs' in order to support the proactive pursuit of growth opportunities.
• Work in tandem with Client service team to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients and extensive networking to develop business relationships.
• Engage internal stakeholders to adapt existing products and services for new markets and new business opportunities.
• Evaluate how current workplace technology approaches can be improved to raise productivity and how latest technology trends can be leveraged to spur innovation in product and client experience.
• Review and recommend improvements to new market and market expansion plans based on data-driven insights and feedback from internal stakeholders.
