Job Description

Marketing Manager (Senior / Junior)


Execute the Marketing strategy to onboard new merchants and Users. No previous experience required, we coach you and we learn together.

This role is targeted to experienced professionals and fresh graduates/students who seek experience in professional services, digital transformation, and Digital Marketing in a start-up environment.

You will be exposed to cutting-edge interdisciplinary approaches to organizational change, social technology, and digital culture. As a marketer, you will find ways to bring these exciting approaches to new merchants and Users. If you are applying for Senior, You will have to manage 3-6 junior members in your team.

Your duties include:

  • Develop marketing strategies for business development and growth strategy focused both on SwipeLah!’s financial gain and merchant/customer satisfaction.
  • Developing a marketing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying various strategies to acquire new customers and onboard new merchants.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and all related events.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts and Communicating the marketing plan effectively.
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
  • Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing
  • Prepare marketing strategies ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable marketing leaders
