Job Description
Business Development Manager (Full Time / Permanent)
Key duties:
- Develop business development and growth strategy focused both on SwipeLah!’s financial gain and merchant/customer satisfaction.
- Market research and identify potential leads.
- Convert potential leads as Partner Merchants
- Arrange business meetings with prospective Merchants, onboard prospective merchants and continuous engagement for SwipeLah! campaigns and other business lines.
- Promote the SwipeLah!’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing merchants.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable sales leaders.
