Job Description
eCommerce Assistant, Finance (12 Months Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative duties in day-to-day operations; Support fulfillment procedures for various online platforms Stock Management
- Preparation and posting of sales orders, sales return orders
- Review and prepare inventory reports
- Assist with remittance process and generate receipts reports and reconciliation
- Monitor accounts payable and prepare payments
- Troubleshoot customer enquiries
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Successful incumbent should be energetic and willing to learn.
- Candidates with prior working experience or currently pursuing Accounting Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Excel will be advantage.
