Job Description
- Working with a group of QAQ technicians lead by QA Manager and QA Engineer
- Performing incoming and outgoing materials inspection activities according to the Quality work instructions (involve molding process)
- Assist in preparation of certificates of analysis/inspection test reports
- Data entry of test results
- collate QC data for statistical analysis
- Assist QA Engineer in liaising with cross function department in related to quality
- Feedback to Manager or Engineer on inspections and quality issues
- Perform 5s, routine maintenance of test equipment and monitoring of laboratory/other consumable inventories
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager or Engineer
- To be aware of and in support of company ISO certification programs
Requirements :
- Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Higher Nitec in any Engineering field
- Good knowledge of QC measuring equipment
- Good PC Skills
- Knowledge of SPC and MSA is added advantage
