Style Theory is a fashion subscription platform created to democratise fashion freedom in South East Asia. Through a monthly subscription to an Infinite Wardrobe, the limits of ownership no longer hold us back from the freedom to explore.
Responsibilities
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
● Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
● Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
● Recommend and display items that match customer needs
● Welcome and greet customers
● Manage point-of-sale processes
● Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
● Keep up to date with product information
● Accurately describe product features and benefits
● Introduce walk-in customers to the Style Theory way of fashion consumption.
● Inspire customers to join the fashion rental revolution
● Work closely with retail supervisor and fashion advisor to understand and satisfy customers needs
● Assist prospective and existing customers on all of their needs with Style Theory
● Think customers-first and out-of-the-box to provide solutions, not just answers
● Communicate and collaborate effectively with operations, customer service, logistics, merchandising and other departments to create a customer-centric seamless experience from warehouse to pop-up
Requirements:
● Singaporean only
● Able to converse English & Mandarin fluently
● Proven working experience in retail sales
● Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
● Solid communication and interpersonal skills
● Customer service focus
● Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
● Basic administration skills
● Computer literacy is a must.
● Interested in fashion, technology, ecommerce and highly customer-focused
