Structo is a dental 3D printing solutions provider. We design, develop and build 3D printers tailored for dental applications big and small: from our bespoke automation solutions for large scale OEMs, to the Dentaform printer using our proprietary MSLA technology allowing dental labs to achieve much higher throughput, to our world first all-in-one desktop 3D printer (“Velox”) with autonomous post-processing (Print, Wash and Cure). Alongside our dental 3D printers, we also build control systems and software, and formulate our own photopolymer materials tailored specifically to each use-case in a range of dental 3D printing applications.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Procurement:

  • Assist in ERP Master Data maintenance

  • Purchase requisition placement and administration.

  • Ensure timely preparation of all required relevant purchasing, shipping and delivery documents in an accurate manner.

  • Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.

  • Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Planning:

  • Perform data collection, spreadsheet creation, and data analysis.

  • Participate in weekly demand supply & production planning meetings.

  • Bill of Material development and population.

  • Develop processes to improve cost-leverage, provide insights on how to create more efficiency in managing the product lifecycle and/or portfolio, conduct product portfolio analysis, and promote cross-functional collaboration for successful alignment on and execution of Product Life Cycle Management activities.

Requirements:

  • Preferably in supply chain or related discipline

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good Organizational and follow-up skills

  • Ability to independently resolve issues

  • Detail-oriented

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

  • Intermediate level skills in Excel for spreadsheet analysis required

  • Some experience in SAP or Smartsheet preferred

  • Min 6 months internship engagement (5 days a week)

  • Training for necessary skills will be provided when required
