HR Executive - Role Description

We’re looking for a HR cum Receptionist under the HR department, someone who is cheerful and positive who possess deep analytical thinking, creative and ready to take on the challenging role of a HR Exec Trainee - Manager. If you find a real kick in analyzing corporate and consumer data, coming up with actionable movements and driving strategies to win in this demanding competitive industry, this could be the perfect role for you.

 

Job Description

• Oversee employers and helping the society globally to reduce unemployment rate with talent acquisition.

• Collaborate and coordinate across clients, including business development, social media, partnerships, public relations, online marketing, offline marketing, design and more for campaign creation and optimization.

• Track placement performance and offer ongoing candidates.

• Keep abreast of trends on social media, ecommerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage on such trends and developments to optimise recruitment placements.

• Brainstorm and offer innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance company performance.

• Reception duties, paperwork, filing and data entry, use computer basic soft skills required, Must be willing to learn

• Take initiative and be meticulous

• Must be able to have teamwork playing skills , work as a team. 

• Need to do HR Payroll

• Must be able to learn full admin, find worker housing

• Daily follow-up on email & messaging as a coordinator for sales team , must do prospecting and emailing to prospective employers as well.

• Comfortable with handling calls, to do cold calling and phone coordinating

• Daily tidying up of ongoing operations chart or tables

• Assist talent acquisition team in sourcing for candidates

• Comfortable speaking to strangers

 

Requirements

 

• Singaporean

• Minimum O Level / Nitec / Diploma / ITE or Poly Halfway Drop Out / ORD Personnel

• Prior experience in sales or customer service or good in coordination

• Able to converse in english & mandarin

• Must not have plans of further studies.

 

This position is a management level starting from a trainee without Human Resource experience. You will be trained into becoming a HR Manager and eventually leading a team of salesperson and as a overall general manager.

Salary would be highly commensurate with your experience. 

 

Remuneration:

This position is for a fresh level that does not require experience, it would paid a basic starting salary of SGD 2500 and additional commissions without capped earnings. The company has KPI every month, and every month KPI would give you a target of gross salary SGD 4k monthly.
