Job Description

Business Operations & Administrator Intern 

As a Business Operations & Administrative Intern, you will assist and work closely with our Business Operations Administrative Team in activities such as:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the functional team on daily operations and administration tasks
  • Assist in all administrative matters in a meticulous manner
  • Support functional teams on the daily operational tasks which includes:
  • Operations (Co-ordination of staff scheduling and smooth delivery of courses)
  • Administration (Proper filing system and Organize and schedule meetings)
  • Training (Liaise and Co-ordinate with clients and trainers for workshop preparation and logistics; Feedback and Reporting)
  • Finance (Invoicing to clients and ensuring timely payment)
  • Interact effectively with clients on administrative matters

Requirements

  • Can commit for a minimum of 6 months
  • Strong computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
  • Professional command of English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Eager to learn and highly organised 
  • A degree-holder
  • Only Singaporeans
  • 5.5day work week.
  • Timing is: Weekdays: 1230pm to 930pm & Weekend: 10am to 7pm
  • Have to work on weekends
  • Move around either on Bukit Panjang and Hougang
