Role
This is a 3 month internship role based in Singapore and you will support the Company’s Legal Department reporting to the Director, Commercial Legal - APAC.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Spire contracts database is complete and accurate (including filing Spire completed agreements on the CLM repository);
- Update board filings;
- Ensure that Spire subsidiary (EE) contract files are complete and accurate; and
- Any other appropriate task assigned by legal team members
Qualifications
- Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
- Data driven and well organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree educated in Law or equivalent legal professional qualification (preferred)
- Fluent in English
