We have an immediate opening for an Account Manager who will be responsible for the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of a portfolio of accounts. The individual will report directly to the General Manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Undertake ownership and accountability for ensuring customer growth, satisfaction, and retention within the assigned accounts
  • Uncover and mitigate any risk that threatens your customers' growth, satisfaction, or renewal; conceive and execute risk mitigation plans
  • Develop expert knowledge of our product and applicability to the target market
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Operations team to identify new opportunities and in securing long-term renewals
  • Be responsible for resolving escalations while leveraging cross-functional teams within the business
  • Collect product feedback from clients and communicate improvements for product optimisation

Skills and Qualifications 

  • 1+ year of professional experience in a role that includes Customer Operations, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Client Service or Consulting
  • Excellent verbal skills and written communication and in-person and virtual presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem solving and resolution skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a strong pursuit of customer success and delight
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
