Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact to investors and other key stakeholders of clients
  • Keep up-to-date with investors on our database, understanding their capital allocation requirements, investment mandates and changes in employment
  • Ensure that the different sector/industry types on clientele are funded by investors with the right risk appetite
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing activities targeted at raising awareness with investors
  • Develop and build strong relationships between the clients and investors
  • Actively manage and engage with existing investors to increase participation
  • Organise road shows, conferences and investor meetings and preparing all relevant materials required
  • Follow up on investors’ general enquiries and feedback
  • Source and call on new prospects through emailing, networking and various channels
  • Assist clients in contents development of IR materials including presentations and factsheets
  • Summarise analyst and industry reports to keep investors abreast of latest developments
  • Build and develop relationships with the media and analysts, fund managers and institutional investors
  • Research, write and edit news releases, factsheets, speeches, PowerPoint presentations and other relevant communications materials
  • Media monitoring of relevant news coverage related to clients and new developments that are of impact to clients
  • Assist in reviewing clients’ corporate website and advising from an IR perspective
  • Assist in producing corporate materials such as script-writing for video content and collaterals
  • Assist in obtaining press releases for quarterly results announcements from clients
  • Organise and manage investors' meetings and conferences
  • Answering queries from analysts and investors
  • Instructing PR agency on media relations matters including writing and distributing news releases, preparing spokespersons for media interviews, and responding to media inquiries
  • Liaise with Sales and BD teams to respond to any investors’ queries
  • Set up investor database and create basic reporting for investors as and when required, using data on Hubspot
  • Any other assignments as required
