DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capable of conducting at least 15 user interviews. Understand customer and user challenges. Facilitate articulating them into solution design challenges;
• Review user feedback with current user interaction flows and artefacts; 
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate the improved User interaction and design ideas in a visual way;
• Present and defend improved User designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders;
• Promote design guidelines, best practices and standards, jointly with the corporate User Experience function; Ensure consistency across products and services;
• Continually stay up-to-date with the latest changes in industry standards;
• Collaborate with teammates to define and implement innovative and user-friendly solutions to improve conversion. Transforms them into intuitive and functional user interfaces;
• Capable of using A/B testing tools like Google Optimise to justify the ROI of the proposed UI/UX at minimal cost and effort prior to launching the new UI/UX design in full swing;
• Able to use user qualitative feedback and data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar for justifying UX/UI design change;
• Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to Application Developers/Specialists
• Other responsibilities will be assigned as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Good understanding of mobile responsive web platforms. 

• Experience working in an Agile and/or Lean UX process. Able to prioritise UI/UX and other development efforts to make significant impact to user experience and business outcomes.

• Expertise in the software you use E.g. Balsamiq, Azure, Photoshop, illustrator 

• An understanding of web/design technologies and methods e.g. JavaScript, HMTL, CSS
