Job Description

1. Focus on Growth Strategy

- Work with founding/growth team to brainstorm, plan, execute and manage growth strategies, including offline marketing alignment, marketing budgeting

2. Analytics

- Perform growth tactics analytics, review and reporting the campaign types and areas which offer the best opportunities for improving conversion rates

- Analyse Google Analytics and Google Search Console for site traffic and conversion performance

- Analyse heatmap to identify bounce off pages or sections and to give recommendation to improve conversion and click-through-rate

- Review Blog articles performance and make keyword optimization recommendations for SEO

- Able to translate analytics results into tangible actions for these purpose minimally: 1) marketing, 2) product improvement, 3) business strategy

3. Content Strategy

- Research, plan, set up and manage social media posts on Facebook and Linkedin Pages, including ad text, graphic and content recommendation

- Provide a calendar structure of social posts and execute on Buffer platform

- Review editorial topics and develop content specific. Include copywriting, proofreading.

- Identify and reach out to 3rd party sites for content syndication

- Work with partners to co-create content for joint- marketing.

- Work with established media distributors to reach out to target customers

4. Workshops & Events

- Strategise offline marketing effort with alignment to digital marketing.

- Liaise with event/ workshop main organizer in sponsorship, speaking slots, exhibition booth etc

5. Paid media marketing

- Capable to estimate marketing budget, measure and monitor campaign effectiveness and return of investment

Basic requirements
1. Good team player
2. Basic knowledge about user experience design and usability testing
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Professional in business conduct
5. Highly familiar with data metrics, Google Analytics and Social media marketing
6. Highly self-motivated and driven to improve business
