Job Description

L1 Technical Support Engineer (Temp / Intern)


JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for technical support and maintaining applications and services in production & development environment

Handle first line of communication & troubleshooting of issues raised by Customer(s). Liaise with internal developer teams for resolving issues or escalate accordingly to Management

Assist developer teams to retrieve/analyze application/database logs and provide diagnostic information, root cause analysis and so forth

Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures

Assisting in deployment of applications / standby for monitoring

Perform preventive, corrective maintenance activities at Customer's Data Center(s) when necessary

Good working knowledge of infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, server / web related applications)

Knowledge of Tools like JIRA, PowerBI, MS Teams good to have

Prepare weekly / monthly /Ad-hoc reports on the server, application / services, incident reports, etc
