- At least 5-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Hands-on programming in Java
- Experience and knowledge in multi-threaded programming
- Strong interpersonal skills, hard-working and a good learning attitude.
- Self-motivated team player with a strong desire to be successful.
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines.
