We are looking for a Junior Digital project lead to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day development of various new digital services, need identification with marketing and operations teams, partner selection and coordination, service design support and documentation, from the Business Case development to the marketing and sales documents.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Junior Digital project lead, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver projects’ digital deliverables within quality and time requirements.

Job Description

As part of the Marketing team and Digital Transformation team, you will conduct the day-to-day new Service development activities on a defined list of services.

1/ Conduct Analysis

  • Collect and analyse consumer and client research data
  • Gather client needs from Marketing and Sales teams
  • Map out business operations data from internal teams

2/ In partnership with Marketing teams, support the develop of new concepts:

  • Produce Concept scoping and Blueprints
  • Define Branding, Look & Feel (with Agencies, Designers)
  • Macro-design Service modules (with Architects, Tech providers, SO, Digital …)
  • Identify Local Partners and setup HL Engagement
  • Develop High-level Sales client pitches / Client Coms materials
  • Define Costing / Pricing / ROI analyses / Potential deployment

3/ Once the concept is approved, continue supporting Marketing teams and New Service Development team:

  • Produce Detailed design and production (Interfaces, User Experience, Prompts, Planograms, Merchandising)
  • Document Operational requirements, processes, SOPs, UX flows
  • Produce Client detailed presentations and inputs for Comms & Launch planning
  • Develop Consumers collaterals, communications, Q&As
  • Develop Employees deployment packs, training packs, conduct training sessions
  • Consolidate KPIs and Reporting tools and dashboards
  • Update Cost / pricing / ROI

4/ Service Brief production

  • Document Business Issue, resolution case and proposed solutioning, processes, etc…
  • Coordinate with Service Operations teams for completion of Service Brief document and approval for new Service Development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The candidate will have a mixed profile with good digital technology understanding, with a strong business and marketing acumen
  • At least 12 months cumulated professional experience (internships, etc.) in start-up or digital project development for large organisations
  • Genuine interest into new technologies, mobility, wearables, IoT, platforms, data analytics
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Good writing and visual documents creation capabilities
  • Demonstrate “can-do” and winning attitude and be ready to maybe fail sometimes
  • Pro-active with the ability to work autonomously
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with the confidence to work proactively
  • Knowledge of hospitality business
  • Understanding of Payment technologies, knowledge of NFC / RFID technologies
