1. Customer Service/Operations Executive (Internship)

Main Responsibilities

• To assist in management of No Skin Attached online/offline and stockists inventories
• To maintain No Skin Attached website
• To check/tally existing physical inventories and new arrivals
• To handle emails/enquiries across all channels
• To assist in managing exchanges and refunds, or issues with deliveries
• To assist in preparing weekly product launches (administrative)
• To assist in processing online orders

Job Requirements:

• Passion in fashion industry preferred (However, we welcome all who have the interest in this position)
• Educational qualification of at least GCE ’N’ Levels
• A strong hold of language is preferred
• Knowledge of email etiquette and responding to customers is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and ecommerce store system is a plus
• Able to work with tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment
• Responsible and meticulous with the tasks on hand
• Keen learner with a positive & supportive attitude
• Able to work as a team and independently
• Willing to take on new experiences and grow with No Skin Attached
• This internship can be extended to a full time contract if qualified
